I feel the breakout exercises are helpful but could be shorter as we often revisit the same topics or conversations and there is so much new knowledge to cover. Overall the whole day was helpful especially in relation to structure of coaching sessions and the programme, upcoming requirements and coaching considerations.
I really enjoyed the workshop. I enjoyed having group discussions and listening to other people's ideas, the trainer was great and made the workshop fun and enjoyable. The content of the workshop has really helped me.
