good course very enjoyable/worthwhile.

Worked really well, wasnt looking forward to doing this over teams as had bad expereince with other courses. But it flowed well, breaks well timed, trainer was interesting and took time.

Very informative session and delivered with enthusiasm and knowledge. Good examples incorporated into the day.

It is great to be able to recognise some of the skills required. I hope to be able to apply the techniques in my daily role.

Absolutely brilliant course. really helped reinforce some of the things i knew and gave me new tools and skills too. Rich was a great trainer and had loads of incredible experience to draw on and illustrated his points extremely well. would definitely recommend to colleagues.
