Very enjoyable made me think and having a cross section of others to share experience with was beneficial for me.

Really enjoyed the course. I actualy wished it had gone on longer.

I had a go at one of the 'role play' scenarios and received a lot of positive feedback which has filled me with confidence.

Rich was a brilliant trainer. He kept his enthusiasm and energy up all day despite the virtual platforms. He was very inclusive and responded positively and specifically to everyone's contributions.
