Really good and enjoyable. The paired workshops were a little bit too cosy and long. But it was a great session. Really enjoyed it and have learnt lots. Feel really prepared for the work book and to apply this.
Not as learning and theory heavy today which is good. Breakout rooms were easier and more comfortable

It was thoroughly enjoyable throughout the day and Stuart had everyone engaged for the full session, the content of the workshop was very informative & identified certain areas I can enhance using the material from the workshop.
Overall a really good and useful day. Feels like there are some easy steps to move forwards on.
