Good to meet the rest of our group and an informative introduction to the programme.

a lot to take in but very informative

Very useful as always, very helpful to summarise some key techniques for the first part of the session. There is so much information in this apprenticeship, it's good to have reminders and refreshers. the change to three coaching sessions so everyone could be coach, coachee and observer was really useful. The longer format helped to explore problems in more detail and think about timing in a more realistic fashion.
