Very good and engaging

Richard took extra time to explain models to make it more relatable.

Mark was a good trainer. Really clear. Easy to listen to. The only think that passed me by was the chart/graph that we had to use for the supermarket activity (i just find graphs hard to follow sometimes). Many thanks Adam

I really enjoyed this session and the trainer was excellent. It’s often difficult when you are faced with death by PowerPoint, but he brought it to life.

Mark managed to keep the pace up well and keep me engaged which is hard for such a long period of time
