Good interactive session. Trainer relaxed, knowledgeable about about subject and clientele training to. Creating a safe environment for learning and felt most productive/ interactive session I have attended so far.

The day was great, after the Christmas period this has reenergised myself to want to push forward with completing the next module and assignment, along with taking away from the session things I will be able to put into practise in my current role.
