Trainer used great engagement techniques e.g made sure he stopped sharing screen every time he facilitated group discussions, which definitely helps bring everyone together and more open.

Enjoyed the day and useful informationion. Niki was enthusiastic and got participation from all which makes the sessions run soother. Sometimes information was a little too quick for me to be able to process and understand.

the online training was well spaced out. the small room was insightful.

Loved the workshop as always. But there was NO discussion AT ALL about the workbooks essays, just a brief mention, and even more shockingly, NO DISCUSSION about the practical element AT ALL! Do we need to create a draft contract? If so, what should it contain? I was expecting that this module would give us the tools and ideas we need to conduct these sessions, and while it was an interesting day, I could not believe there was nothing to prepare us to mentor our practice clients whatsoever.

Very good session being able to have longer coaching and observation time, and being able to coach and be coached in an environment of peers at a similar level of competency and capability

Jason is great and very knowledgeable. Today's session was hard going and feel that alot of what was covered should have been disclosed in detail earlier in the course.
