Definitely improved my confidence of the module and the apprenticeship as a whole.

I really enjoyed this module. The trainer was very professional and enthusiastic about the subject matter There was a good mix of theory, allowing time for reflection and group discussions People were encouraged and allowed to participate

I really enjoyed participating in the course with individuals from different organisations

It was good to know how important to prepare prepare prepare. There have been many calls I have needed to go on where I had not fully considered the stakeholder's needs - which I will do now !

I thought was an extremely engaging and beneficial session. I got a lot more out of this than I have on previous EA training courses and it has given me tools and knowledge I didn't know :)
