Took away importance of active listening.
Very impactful session, which triggered an emotional reaction. However, learning from previous sessions (EQ in particular) helped me to manage my reaction, stay focused & I willingly participated, even when I felt a little vulnerable - this was due to several factors, with one of them being the safe space/environment created by both Stuart & Sally
Brilliant, informative and thought provoking.
Really interactive and good to have a real cross section from the organisation. Good to focus on every day issues and how to transform and refocus on what trying to achieve
