Helen was excellent and knowledgeable. She demonstrated her credibility as a coach throughout the session. This was a good introduction to coaching skills for those new to it and a good reminder for more experienced colleagues.
It was Very informative again, learned a lot with things iv not seen before. As usual very knowledgeable from the trainer.

Great presentation, content was clearly explained & some fantastic discussions Good use of break out rooms to create some space & thinking time between theories Lots of theories! (Which was positive - this gives me the opportunity to compare & contrast)
