Very informative and a friendly approach. Made it easy to understand and the course seem less intimidating even though there was a lot of information to take in.

There is a lot currently going on within our organisation and Lisa checked in with us and was mindful of how we were feeling, throughout the day.
It was very interesting and informative , a lot of information / slides / systems were presented in a short space of time but this was only an overview of what the course entails , requirements , how to navigate yourself around the 3 systems , etc & i thoroughly enjoyed this. Helen presented this very well and was very helpful in all aspects of the introduction always asking if anyone had any questions or needed further assistance ( tbh i think people will have more questions when they start the modules ).
Overall, a really good day, lots of interaction, and definitely benefited from being in person.
There was a lot of information to take in today which I feel was broken up really nicely to allow the opportunity to digest the valuable information, as well as regular break out sessions to process wider thoughts. I particularly enjoyed the awareness of specific theorists and models that I can relate back to in my assignment but also in years to come.
Really good workshop. Ann is a great tutor and coach. She is enthusiastic and engaging. She makes people feel included and involved
Being in a room together, has been a lot better for me. Being able to discuss things, get to know people and have conversations I believe will help me a lot more. Sean’s knowledge and enthusiasm will help me to further develop my knowledge and skills around change.
This has been a really good two days interacting with others and learning from them.
