Enjoyable session - really useful to reflect on equality, inclusion and diversity and the impacts this has on the role as manager.
Good day, helped get me more organised what to do next. Feel face to face also has helped us as a group get to know each others personalities.
Not practiced session 2 onwards coaching. This would be helpful
I thoroughly enjoyed our guest speaker Debra, the expertise and information she gave us in a short amount of time was fantastic, a real insight into why or how we can understand other cultures.
Good transfer of information - instructor Helen was lovely and really upbeat and really stopped it being a boring slide show
