Great session today, thank you Pat! Very Engaging and loved the start with the high energy.

I really enjoyed the training.

I found the whole day really useful, there were so many models, tools and techniques covered which as stated above will enable us to be more flexible in our approach, the difficulty will be remembering them all.

Really enjoyed the day and going through all the areas.Also meeting others that will be on the course.Put me at ease before the start of the modules next week
