Really enjoyed it. Very good activities and not just talked at.
I thoroughly enjoyed today's session. The trainer was excellent and explained things clearly.
Really really useful and impactful. Great to speak to someone from private sector to understand differences and similarities Really positive about reflection. I will be more aurhentic
Took away importance of active listening.
Very impactful session, which triggered an emotional reaction. However, learning from previous sessions (EQ in particular) helped me to manage my reaction, stay focused & I willingly participated, even when I felt a little vulnerable - this was due to several factors, with one of them being the safe space/environment created by both Stuart & Sally
Brilliant, informative and thought provoking.
