It was very informative and I am really pleased that I will be starting this course.

Enjoyed it. All relevant information and enough breaks to be able to assimilate the information.

There was lots of information on the course but it was all presented clearly and in a lot of detail so as not to be totally overwhelming. Claire was very good at presenting and kept it interesting the whole way through.

I really enjoyed the course. It made me think about my own examples and how I could have dealt with them better. It was very engaging. Had the opportunity to work in pairs and discuss ideas and options with another colleague. I hope when we receive the slides that there will be examples of phrases to be able to use that I havent written down.

A very enjoyable day amidst a complex subject. The topic was broken down well into management chunks using practical examples to fully explain meaning and function.
