Very useful as always, very helpful to summarise some key techniques for the first part of the session. There is so much information in this apprenticeship, it's good to have reminders and refreshers. the change to three coaching sessions so everyone could be coach, coachee and observer was really useful. The longer format helped to explore problems in more detail and think about timing in a more realistic fashion.

Good to make a start

Really great start of the course - Claire was lovely and thorough with her teachings. Really liked working in smaller groups to discuss questions and do activities as it allowed the session to feel more interactive and allowed everyone to get involved.

A great foundation for the rest of the course. A lot of information in a short period of time.

Information was in 3 manageable chunks, so didn't get too tired from information overload. Liked the interactive sessions, to get to know one another, and help embed some of the key information. Well structured

A lot to take in as expected, but explained clearly and the 3 separate sessions helps to break it up. Having done the L3 with another education provider, the setup on this L5 appears to be much more straightforward thankfully.
