It was good to know how important to prepare prepare prepare. There have been many calls I have needed to go on where I had not fully considered the stakeholder's needs - which I will do now !

I feel given the amount of content that needs covering in essentially a short session, I felt it came across well and the whole day flowed really well. I also felt the breakout sessions worked well and I like that we were mixed with different people in the groups. I think this is a good way to learn from different colleagues and not just the same few, particularly as we are learning remotely.

Really enjoyed it, couldn't recommended Richard more, go to lots of these and he's the best trainer I've had to date.

Great session. Just the right length and delivery style. Enjoyed the break out rooms and really loved the worked examples of situations the trainer gave. Suits my learning sytle.

Very thorough course, it was interactive and the examples were also very good. It was good to have breakout rooms to put the theory into practise. Thank you.
