This was helpful and relevant to the role, however I would say this course would be more beneficial for a newly appointed Crew Manager.

Great day, Tutor was very enthusiastic and open to allow us to air or views and questions, leading to some great discussion points. He also encouraged all participants to join in discussions, making it a very interactive and enjoyable day.
