The introductory workshop has been very helpful and has answered the questions that I had. The trainer was excellent and explained things clearly. I feel a lot more confident starting the course and now look forward to starting Module 1.

A lot to take in but that is to be expected. Just need to crack on and it will be better.

Mark was very engaging and enthusiastic, got us all interacting in different ways. The tasks we did throughout the day he explained why they related to the topic and always allowed space for questions. I really liked how he linked the first question of what we want to learn at the end to at the end of the session seeing if we met the criteria. Great session and will be implementing this knowledge at work (and my personal life)
