Shame that the IT for others wasn't working or that they weren't accessing via the tablet we were issued with...something needs to be looked at with other services in allowing attendees to access fully. Mark did well in trying to keep all engaged.

Enjoyable session, timings very good didn't feel rushed or drawn out, session flew by.
