Good refresher from ILM and other courses I have attended with a muncher better delivery, the day flew past

Marks very interactive and pleasant, breaking down the content in manageable chunks so the students are able to maintain positive interaction

The deliver was very effective. I haven’t been on many course where at the end of the day I am fully engaged and don’t feel like I am getting fatigued from trying to concentrate. This is commendable and real positive.

I enjoyed learning about stakeholder engagement and using breakout rooms to talk to colleagues. The trainer was supportive, helpful and knowledgeable. I always enjoy these workshops.
