A really valuable and reflective session. The content encouraged honest thinking about leadership behaviour, wellbeing and mindset. It was well facilitated and thought-provoking.

Good energy levels

I found this workshop quite challenging. Perhaps consider running a workshop a little later after the Christmas break, as it's difficult to fully engage with the content. I'm also finding it difficult to pull it all together - course content, workshop, assignment etc. it feels quite separate. It would be helpful to have a continuation of content - how does the cognassist, MBTi, Dweck etc all come together and we spend the workshop translating that in to what it means for us in our day to day.

Long day - useful to share ideas with other colleagues.
