Clarified requirements clearly and expanded upon guidance given in associated documents. Friendly, positive and approachable manner and very helpful overall. Thank you
I liked how there was a smaller group so that everyone had chance to have a say. The hand raised system worked brilliantly as well as the smaller groups. Technology won today!
Really good course - would love a bit of actual practising - role play type stuff
A very informative training session. Definitely recommended.
Makes you reflect on how you may be portrayed and inspire you to adapt the style
Enjoyed all the content, was well presented and documented! Thanks Gary Western
Good course well delivered online. In my opinion face to face courses are more effective but understand this isn’t possible in the current climate
