Worked very well online, Richard very understanding of everyone's individual 'home' challenges which put the group at ease from the start. Very informative thanks!
Overall it was a very good course and Robert was an excellent trainer. I do feel like I will use the techniques and methods learnt today and apply to my role. Only issues were the slide pack sent before the course did not match up with the slides on the day.
Great course, just a shame I had connectivity issues which made it difficult to follow some of the conversations and participate fully.
