Enjoyable day, quite intensive. Venue not comfortable - proper desks would be much better.

Pat was fantastic, put everyone at ease making for a great classroom

I find the trainers really kind, welcoming and supportive - they allow us to learn in a way that allows us to process , think and reflect - Everyone takes in learning information in different ways, I like to sit and absorb and listen as I think that helps me to make connections with my own situation - we are allowed time to talk in breakout groups which is really useful so that links really well for me and my style of learning

It’s was a good day , a lot of information to take at once but it was explained well and the trainer was friendly .

brilliant delivered course very informative and the tutor did a great job of keeping all learners engaged

I enjoyed the environment and the how the training was delivered. It was good to listen to the others in the groups experiences and also comments.
