Great, trainer was very neutral to all subjects which was a good approach
The workshop was really interesting and very relevant to my job. I will be taking multiple things away from the session that I can apply.

It made a lot of previous interactions with staff and previous manager and their styles make sense and provided a lot of insight in to how I can learn from that. Gained confidence in that this isn't as daunting as I thought.
