Enjoyable. Interactive. Looking forward to the next modules

The day was good overall. I felt there was a lot of information today and found it hard to absorb everything so I will definitely be doing some more research on several models to get a deeper understanding of the processes and applications. I enjoyed the breakout rooms - these are always highly invigorating in seeing others perspectives.

The trainers knowledge and interesting analogies along with actual real life examples really made the theories easy to understand and made the workshop interesting and engaging. For example I particularly loved the saying the trainer included: “music is the silence in between words” - Debussy. It was very insightful and really enlightened me.

Great day, with lots of opportunities for reflection upon practice and practical things to consider implementing or using
