The workshop was very informative and useful that gave practical ideas I can apply in the workplace.
Emily was a lovely upbeat, positive trainer, really enjoyable session
Today was very different to the other workshops. Not as engaging. Flipping through slides too quickly but repeating sayings. Didn't feel I got as much out of this one unfortunately
We enjoyed and learnt at the same time
An excellent session with guest speaker Andrew Jenkins, with an incredible outlook and view on life. Very inspirational. In addition the theories are so helpful to interpret and incorporate.
