Love the energy and knowledge Helen brings, she’s funny and it’s enjoyable. Once again, there’s far too much to be learnt in the time provided and I personally need more time to read, listen, reflect and learn on the topics. Everything goes by too quickly for me to process.

Really enjoyed it and the training that was delivered made me realise how different the roles are between mentor, coach, trainer and councillor
