Really good but a lot to take in

I had a really good day, the trainer was excellent and level of engagement was spot on.

I would love to do the two day course!

Fantastic, very interesting session, trainer made everyone feel welcome and relaxed.

It was helpful because it really helped unpack some of the things that need to be in place to negotiate and influence

Very well presented and full of key information. Mark was brilliant and fell like I have taken so much from the course today.
