A good refresher on the fundamentals and the processes of change
Please share slides - good presentation and engagement, and to reinforce with information to reflect on will be good.
Session was very beneficial, i learned about several models that were new to me and will be helpful in my day to day work.
A long day on Teams - better in the classroom face to face.
Very difficult on teams to look at a screen all day. But good engaging subject.
