Really useful information I feel it would be extremely useful to have live action coaching role plays/recorded sessions that we could watch to look at different models and techniques being used. The slides the trainer had were different to the slides on the sparepoint.
Thoroughly enjoyable session with a wide variety of models to contemplate.
Helen is such a great and energetic trainer who clearly loves what she does and it comes across in the calm and fun delivery of content
A great workshop revisiting some tools and models with plenty of opportunities for questions and discussion.
Very good session. Trainer was lovely, very patient and knowledgeable. Happy to take real life examples and put them into the context of models being discussed.
