Emma went above and beyond to run through additional learning slides on Job Crafting. She also helped me to understand how I can work with my coachee to helped her accept compliments - something she has been struggling with.

Emma was very knowledgeable and generous in sharing her knowledge and it was very clear and well timed. Her enthusiasm for the subject shone through and was inspiring. I feel empowered to continue studying and learning about mentoring and understanding how to leverage it in my own practice.

Genuinely thought this was one of the most interesting sessions so far. Very theory heavy, but the discussions Emma generated within the group were very interesting and valuable. The neuro-linguistic programming section and conscious vs subconscious mind was fascinating. Additionally, the entire session felt relaxed due to the friendly and welcoming nature of the host, Emma.

Out of the workshops I have attended this has been the best one, The content of the course and the interaction were great, I usually find that there are too many break outs on these courses but this one had just the right amount and the level input form me as a learner
