Really great course today

Really enjoyed it.

Very informative day and I can see how all of this can be applied to my every day role. Verity even went out of her way to add in an additional slide to show techniques to get out of the storming stage as this related to issues we were all experiencing with our staffing team.

I found the content very useful, I often develop strategies as part of my role however today has given me points to think about and also other tools to add to my approach.

I really enjoyed todays workshop ran by Martyn. It was interesting, informative and helpful for the qualification. I though the break off rooms and activities were the right amount and broken up well. It gave me a lot to think about and was the best workshop I had been on to date. Thank you!
