I enjoyed the course and always feel that even if I've come across concepts before, reiterating them and learning more is always helpful in managing teams

Good course, easy to understand. Some of the breakout rooms were awkward but that was down to the delegates, Bigger groups worked better during the last activity.
The day was very insigthful and informative, covering aspects of governance and its impacts on our roles through to the qualities of and effective Leader / manager. This will help to understand the integral components that need to be present to be as productive as possible.
