Today, we covered key project management principles, stakeholder engagement, effective communication planning, stakeholder prioritization using the power/interest grid, and the importance of inclusion. Vey Informative!

Very knowledgeable and approachable trainer and many relatable examples provided in break out rooms which promoted useful professional discussion to put the content into perspective.

Stuart is very engaging & despite having some IT challenges today, he provided a full & comprehensive learning experience. His energy was consistently high & positive which is to be commended

Excellent discussions and selection of theories including dipping into harassment and bullying re culture.

What a way to start a journey with an opportunity to see the end in sight. Overwhelming!

Really good day - although a lot to take in!! I can really start to see how the foundational principles of professional coaching focussed on positive, forward thinking and progressive goals is being built upon through the under pinning theory, the different models and techniques.
