Very good delivery. My only negative point is that I struggled a bit too engage as I don't have that good of an awareness of the finance/ budgeting system within our organisation as I'm not really a manager. But I am really glad to have taken part as it has really helped me understand the topic better.

Rich is a brilliant trainer, he explains models and theory in an easy to understand style and will answer questions and offer advice throughout on real life scenarios

It was interesting, good interaction in the virtual room and good pace of course

Good to have a learning session with other members of the service across various departments to exchange knowledge and learning

Was enjoyable and went really fast

A very enjoyable in informative day. I don't have any responsibility for budgets so I found this very useful.
