Good course for people who have a lot of relationships with people outside of the business. However also good for knowledge and to improve confidence

A good interactive course, good conversation was generated. It was good to reflect on the different subjects and how they are or could be relevant to my role.

Really enjoyed the course content. Great use of polls and breakout rooms.

Well paced and very clear explanation and guidance from trainer. Could have gone bit deeper into some of the specific CPI examples offered by group - to really dig into the 'theory vs practical' aspect - but also really hard to do in the time without dropping course content

I enjoyed the session. It was split up nicely with breaks and activities. It may have been good to have some more breakout activities / scenarios around influencing others. The course material was very relevant to me and my role, with a lot that I can take away to practice straight away. Thank you.
