Lovely to be in-person

It was great to catch up with learners from my organisation and also useful that the workshop was much smaller being the last one. It felt more personal and focused.

Enjoyable session - lots of interaction with the other trainees, and lots of opportunities for discussion.

Emma went above and beyond to run through additional learning slides on Job Crafting. She also helped me to understand how I can work with my coachee to helped her accept compliments - something she has been struggling with.
