Great delivery of a sometimes dry subject matter . Claire made the time and SM enjoyable to learn about.
Mr. Morton was very engaging and kept the energy and attention in the room up throughout the day. The methods are quite simple, yet require reflection for planning and discipline to use the methods daily. Alot depends on implementing the methods following the training.
