I really enjoyed the multimedia with videos. A topic like this is relevant to the current work setting. A chance to break out in groups with other group members was refreshing

Too much time spent on some elements and other areas not covered
Really enjoyed the course. Claire was really engaging and drawing upon her own experiences helps make the content more memorable.

Be useful to have more facts about the CESr . Was lots group discussion but be more useful to know about the actual CESr route.
