This was a course which encouraged reflection and sharpened my skills for giving feedback
engaging & informative, Craig has a delightful approach to the subject matter & brings the best out of the attendees . the right mix of 'all together' & 'break-outs.
Great content which severed more as reminder rather than new material. Pace was good and the interactivity just right.
I thought the course was excellent. Chris got everything across to me brilliantley. Many thanks Alan Wardle
Excellent course with lots of tips and guidance.
More applicable complaints i.e. from MPs. Some dates in the examples were confusing.
