good session, with lots of useful practical takeaways. Workbook could do with being more streamlined with slides and have spaces to take notes between pages.

I really enjoyed this course. I have learnt a lot of useful tips about how best to give and take feedback; I better understood my personality traits and what to look out for in others’ personalities that might mean adapting my approach when coaching/supporting etc.
Enjoyed this course: lots of interesting and insightful information that actually has a practical use in the workplace. Craig is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced - the course felt comfortable and was challenging enough to give me new concepts to think about, but not overwhelming. Really appreciated the reassurance that this is a learning curve and also the valuable tools to use in practice.
I found the course very engaging. Craig demonstrated lots of experience with real examples and it gave me more confidence in applying for managerial positions.
