Great course, first time I feel fully engaged during an online course, which shows Sam clearly knows her topic of managing virtual and hybrid teams. Thank you very much for this session, loads to take away from it.

Sam is a brilliant workshop leader. Her expertise and knowledge really shine through. She is truly engaging in the ways she delivers serious topics. Her materials are clear and concise and will be extremely useful to use outside the course.

Not often that I am happy with those courses but I was genuinely happy with this one. The presenter clearly knows how to lead a virtual team as she led us well. Something missing would be more on engagement tools like how to grab audience attention especially if they may not be your direct team, how to interact, interactive tools like reaction icons surveys in the meeting. And also not just meetings but how to structure the teams files and working space making it a good platform to work.
