Claire's style is very engaging and she clearly knows her subject matter. Nice pace and relevant for a multi-level management audience. Dilys was a great trainer and moderator, she was a lovely presence and good at responding to the room. The course was highly interactive and kept my attention very well, after almost 2 years of virtual events this was one of the better implementations I've seen. Overall, I thought it was a great curriculum and delivery.
