Very interactive and relevant to my practice

I would highly recommend this course to other colleagues thought provoking, i attended initially as a refresher but it was so much more than that. I learnt so much more about self and this will inevitably help me with future conversations with patients / colleagues

This course was so beneficial to the our role in Health Care. The content was perfect. The trainer was brilliant, she made everyone feel at ease, remembered everyone's names and any comments they made. I've done similar courses which made some people feel uncomfortable but this was a valuable learning experience and a pleasant day.

Claire was really friendly and engaging and made the course fun by how interactive it was. Came away from the course really learning a lot.
