I was happy it was a live training and not an online video
Very informative and have taken a lot of pointers away from the course
I think that Claire was really engaging and the tasks she had us do really do make you think in depth about the points that have been raised. I think we're all guilty of letting a full day session completely wash over our heads, but the tasks and fun activities cement the learns in to place and make it much easier to remember your key points as you come out the session. The work books and the ability to write down your actions plan is great.
I really liked how the course was conducted and I definitely recommend this course. 10/10.
