Absolutely brilliant course. Think everyone in the NHS should under take this training. Course leader brilliant, really engaging and made it fun and easy to remember . I feel more confident to engage in any scenario now .

It was very important and necessary to have this training to help better work relationships and understanding the people I care for.

Very informative & added to my workbook from last years answers as more during that time there are even more practical experiences to draw upon & different family members for reflection. Really helps as a recap and to enhance existing knowledge as we are always learning! Really enjoyed it!
