Learnt a lot on this course and will help me a lot in my workplace to reduce behaviours and also protect myself and my residents should a behaviour escalate

I found the course very engaging and the trainer was very knowledgeable. I needed some assistance however she was more than happy to put the questions in a way that I could better understand.

It was fabulous, really engaging and useful information on positive behaviour support, knowledge on health and safety. I feel confident like never before to go on with my duties of care

Overall I really enjoyed the course and have now got a really good understanding of PBS and the safe techniques to use within my place of work. Lynsey made me feel at ease and explained in a way I could understand I feel comfortable in using the techniques learned if I ever needed to. I highly recommend this course to all.
