Fantastic course. Ben explained things brilliantly and made things fun to learn. Both days went so quickly. I haven't enjoyed a training session this much before. Lots of good information to take back to my job role.
Ben was a fantastic trainer. I really gained a lot from this course. I understand behaviours on a completely different level than I have ever before. He was also not afraid of a debate and finding understanding around questions being asked. He would challenge certain questions and really make you think about what you asked which then led to a different outcome the initial question. Impressive guy with so much experience that really gets you involved and interested with his life experience.
I have found the course really beneficial and it has definitely helped my way of thinking. I think the trainer was brilliant and delivered really well which helped keep us all engaged.
